What does a painting contractor have to do with gutters?

Good question. Since we paint for the homeowner and not the builder, often we come across rotten wood at the eaves and rusted out or damaged gutters. Done correctly; the old gutter system must be removed  first so that all the rotten wood issues can be fixed. After new wood, caulking, priming, and painting; the home is now ready for a new gutter system. And often with their new gutters, the homeowners are eager to find a way to keep their new system working properly. Most folks realize that improper gutter maintenance was the cause of most of the rotten wood  at the eaves they just paid to have corrected.
